Free event tickets with door check-in that keeps working offline, on the web and in a mobile app. Built in the open to show a whole product: the Angular front end, the .NET API on SQL Server, the Expo app, the migrations, and the pipeline that ships them.
There are plenty of ticketing apps already. I built this one to sharpen my Angular and .NET, and to get hands-on with the hard parts: claims that never oversell when everyone clicks at once, and offline scans that sync without counting anyone twice.

Five areas I go deep in — each one drawn from work that shipped and stayed shipped.
React Native and Expo are my specialization, not a line on a stack list. That includes the parts teams usually route around — background execution, location, permissions, push, and the platform differences between Android and iOS.
The app is one end of the product. I build the other end too — Angular front ends and .NET APIs on SQL Server — and I run the deployments and database migrations that put them in production, on AWS or on a company's own servers.
An app that builds on my machine is not a shipped app. I own the path from a commit to a release users can install, and the maintenance that starts the day after.
Production users don't all carry flagships. Making an app responsive on the lower-end hardware it will actually run on is a distinct piece of engineering, and it is one I do deliberately.
Architecture, build, integration, release. One person accountable for the whole application rather than for a slice of it — which is how I ran four production apps at Flabs. As a tech lead, that extends to the team: the reviews, the standards, and plans people can hold me to.
The same four beats on every build.
I design the system before writing a line of code. Decisions made here are 10× cheaper than decisions made mid-build.
Iterative and tested. Working software early and often, so problems surface while they are still cheap to fix.
CI/CD, store submission, review, release. The step where most side projects stop and most of the real problems start.
I stay on after launch. Most of the value in a product is in the iteration that follows it, not the launch itself.

I ask why before I ask how.
I've spent 6+ years building products across healthcare, FinTech, automotive, e-commerce, social and productivity — mostly in environments where engineering decisions matter because the software has real users.
My strongest work is at the intersection of engineering and product thinking: understanding the problem, making the technical trade-offs, building the product, and staying accountable when it reaches production.
As a tech lead, I make the architecture calls, set the code-review standards, and plan and estimate the work — across the mobile apps, the Angular front end, and the .NET services behind them.
